![]() There's just so much I can do on it that I can't do on an iPhone. It would be the one I spend the most time on, which would be Samsung. I'd love to be able to afford having both, but I'd ultimately end up only using one. That and give the iPhones Apple Pencil support. If Apple loosened the reins on customization, I'd love to have an iPhone again. It's ridiculous that you can't do something as simple as moving an icon around without changing your entire grid. Being used to Samsung's endless customization, I couldn't get used to not being able to change anything on iPhone. I ended up ditching it after a year because I was bored with it. It was a great phone that handled all the basics flawlessly. It had an all day battery, no lag of any kind & could do things an iPhone could never dream of doing. I had the Galaxy Note 9 & had zero problems with it. Flagship Samsungs do not perform like midrangers. If you have to do all that to get your Samsung to work properly, you don't know what you're doing. I believe that I use the device to ease my day to day task not to complicate it further. It might sound nitpicking but android really "just works" better and easier compared to iPhone. If my office had given me the option I would still opt for an android device. I'm happy with Android for my personal use Why?! I don't want to see it! I want a clean slate. For instance, after using the calculator I would prefer to close the app and when I reopen the calculator app again, it would still show me results from my last query. The app completely never shuts off on an iPhone. The location on/off toggle is right under the notification shade on Samsung whereas on the iOS it is completely hidden inside the settings app which is kind of an hassle to switch on/off for ease. The hotspot switches off automatically on my iPhone to "save the battery" whereas on my Samsung its switched on until the time i want it to be switched on. I was given an iPhone by my office I always feel there are additional steps to get a simple task done with the iOS compared to Android.Īdditionally, my WhatsApp and local call logs are segregated on the phone app and WhatsApp in Android whereas on the iOS it's a complete mess by merging all calls under the phone app Samsung/android is much more user friendly and easier to get the work done.
